I want to say that I am extremely impressed and happy with the service I received from Tom.
He was patient with my questions and did a very thorough job of explaining why it was important to get my fireplace serviced. Seeing is believing. The glass is clean, the flames are full again, and I've got the stuff that looks like burning embers back again. It's like a new fireplace again.

Max and Taylor replaced my gas fireplace insert flawlessly! It was a pleasure having them at my house for two very productive days!!!! I have and will always recommend The Fireplace Guys to me family and friends. I am a customer for life!!!!

The conversion to a gas fireplace was done quickly and looks great. All the installers were professional and knew what they were doing.

Wayne was here and did an excellent job on my fireplace! Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and a really nice guy. I have an older gas fireplace, and the glass had gotten really fogged up over the years. I took it off and tried cleaning it myself. I tried everything, glass cleaners, soap and water, magic eraser, nothing worked, he had it clear in less than 5 minutes! Then he cleaned and inspected my fireplace, even rearranged my logs that somehow, I managed to screw up when I had put them back in, the flames haven't burned right since. I'm happy to say, my fire burns perfect, and I can finally see it. He explained everything to me before leaving. Bravo Wayne for a job well done. Thank you.
