From the moment I submitted an online inquiry, Nick (in sales) was incredibly responsive. He reached out right away and was at our home the very next day to discuss options for converting our wood-burning fireplace to gas. His knowledge and expertise were invaluable as he walked us through the differences between a glass insert and a full gas fireplace rebuild. Thanks to his guidance, we confidently opted for the full gas fireplace, and Nick made the selection process seamless, ensuring we chose the best fit for our home.



When it came time for installation, Taylor, Max, and Miguel were nothing short of exceptional. Taylor, in particular, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process during their two visits. The entire crew was professional, detail-oriented, and treated our home with great care throughout the installation.



The final result? Absolutely stunning! With the simple push of a button, we now have an instant, cozy fire that completely transforms our space. We couldn’t be happier with our decision and highly recommend The Fireplace Guys to anyone considering a fireplace upgrade.

I had an unusual fireplace that was wood-burning with a gas igniter. Two other companies couldn't even tell me what gas fireplace would work. Everyone I worked with at The Fireplace Guys was wonderful. The person who showed me around the showroom was very kind. Nick did a great job explaining my options and instilled a lot of confidence that he knew exactly what he was talking about. Taylor and Miguel were awesome at installing. They were so careful, thorough, and patient. Everyone exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this company over all the others. Thank you for transforming my fireplace! It's beautiful!

I’d give 10 stars, if possible. We checked out every fireplace company from Savage to Hudson and went with Fireplace Guys. We couldn’t have had a better company to work with. Nick was great to work with, helped us navigate decisions to get the right fireplace for us. They had the 41” Kozyheat set up in back and allowed us to take a look. Nick provided suggestions on fireplace, mantle, and layout to give us the vision I wanted. He provided a quick turn around and was easy to work with.

Taylor, Miguel, and Jake showed up to install. Their work was superior. They provided above and beyond any customer service I’ve seen. They asked our thoughts and what the vision was, offered suggestions. Taylor said the design options were virtually unlimited and we could have fun with it. This eased all concern with accomplishing my vision. They are not only installers, but artists. The brick and mantle install is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! They nailed my vision better than I could ever have imagined. They were respectful, clean, and polite - such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them for any fireplace work or service. I wish all projects were such a great experience! Thank you, Fireplace Guys!

Excellent skill and service. I would recommend these people without reservation.

Matt came to fix/clean my gas fireplace. He explained what my options were fix/replace with pricing for both. He cleaned the whole unit and it looks better now than ever.

A Very Happy Customer

This was the 2nd time we've had them to our home to convert wood burning to gas.

Loved the whole entire process. These guys were so professional with everything. Their service is as excellent as their product.

They even worked with the city to complete those necessary permits.

We'll be using them again for sure.

Yesterday we had the privilege of having a new fireplace installed by Jake, Miguel, and Tom. They were polite, knowledgeable, and very careful not to make a mess in the house. Jake did and a great job of taking the mantle off and Miguel did an excellent job of explaining how the fireplace worked when they were all finished. They all worked hard to remove the old fireplace and fit the new one in. I would have them do more work for us in a heartbeat. Great job, Fireplace Guys!

Bought a fireplace from fireplace guys and had Tom and his crew install in our new porch. We use our porch year around with the only heat supplied by the fireplace.

Tom and one other guy had it installed and operating in a timely and professional manner.
