Yesterday we had the privilege of having a new fireplace installed by Jake, Miguel, and Tom. They were polite, knowledgeable, and very careful not to make a mess in the house. Jake did and a great job of taking the mantle off and Miguel did an excellent job of explaining how the fireplace worked when they were all finished. They all worked hard to remove the old fireplace and fit the new one in. I would have them do more work for us in a heartbeat. Great job, Fireplace Guys!

Bought a fireplace from fireplace guys and had Tom and his crew install in our new porch. We use our porch year around with the only heat supplied by the fireplace.

Tom and one other guy had it installed and operating in a timely and professional manner.

Excellent work on a nearly 30 year old unit. A clean and repair service had it up and running in less than an hour. Very pleased and impressed with the quality of service, and knowledgable technician.

Excellent work by Fireplace Guys technician whose name I am uncertain of spelling. He pronounced it like Sue and initialed the work order XX. He was very friendly, and efficient. He was very prompt and then careful to keep everything tidy. He has our 20-year-old fireplace working as good as new. I would highly recommend his service!

We love our new fireplace. Couldn't be happier with the service we received in the installation of it by The Fireplace Guys. The Maplewood city inspector that ok'd the installation of our fireplace gave them high reviews as well; sharing with us that they are one of the top fireplace companies in regards to the quality of their work.

Echoing the other reviews…great experience start to finish! Nick offered a creative and attractive solution to make the insert work in our existing space. Taylor and crew were efficient, professional and polite, taking time to answer all my questions and put any concerns to rest. And Matt was awesome! He patiently walked me through remote operation and disassembly for cleaning until I actually felt completely confident. He went out of his way (literally) to make sure we were satisfied. The fireplace is the focal point of the room now - lovely to look at and keeping us toasty. Thanks Fireplace Guys! (and Angie!) I would highly recommend this company.

We recently converted a wood burning fireplace to gas. Nick S knows his products inside and out. He practices customer service to the max. We are thrilled with the unit we purchased. Matt and Taylor did the install. They were professional, neat and also knew their product. We were left feeling very confident in unit usage. The process from start to finish was seamless.
