FULL-SPECTRUM GAS FIREPLACE SERVICE

Our NFI-certified technicians are available to clean, inspect or repair your gas fireplace or stove. Specifically, we provide the following gas fireplace services:

Cleaning

You should have a professional clean your gas fireplace on an annual basis. Our service includes cleaning the glass, burner ports, pilot assembly, firebox, and control compartment. Cleaning can improve the operation of the fireplace and ensure proper aesthetics.

Inspections

You should have a professional inspect your gas fireplace on an annual basis. Our inspection includes testing the pilot assembly and/or other electronic sensors and thermopile/thermocouple, checking for any gas leaks, replenishing glowing embers and ensuring proper operation of the remote control and fan.

Repairs

We service most major gas fireplace models. And we stock our service vehicles with many common parts used during repair to keep our visits to a minimum. We can also install fans and remote controls in most gas fireplaces.

Note * The Fireplace Guys don’t stock or sell parts direct to consumer.

INSTALL A FAN OR REMOTE CONTROL

Two other common gas fireplace services we provide include installing a fan to improve heat output and installing a remote control to make it easier for you to control your fireplace. We also replace broken fans and remote controls as part of our high-quality, cost-effective gas fireplace repair services.

COMPETITIVE SERVICE COSTS FOR YOUR GAS FIREPLACE

Unlike other gas fireplace companies, we appreciate being called upon for our customers’ service needs. For this reason, we offer lower service call pricing than many competitors—we do not want your fireplace repair costs to be so prohibitive that you cannot afford to take proper care of your gas fireplace or stove. We also offer discounts for multiple gas fireplace cleanings.
